Allow blank lines as task separators #1010

The only way I have found to visually separate tasks on the task list is to 
insert unnamed tasks.  But this still carries with it all other fields 
associated with a task (ID, Duration, dates, etc.) so it still makes the 
display too busy.

The request is to allow entry of blank lines (or null task) that provide a 
clean separation between tasks.
