Project Start Date and time inclusion

Team,

I'm looking for a feature in the Gantt Chart where, I can accomodate along with 
the Start date and End date, I also want to track the start date + start time 
of that day, and then end date + end time of that day to be more precise.

Can you please help on how to achieve this?

I need to track a specific project that span to hours like the maintenance 
window of a datacenter, which is time specific rather than a big project that 
is days in terms of the measurement of the span of the project.

Certain activities needs to be preciously measured with date + timestamp (for 
the start of the activities) and then the corresponding date + timestam (for 
the end of the activities) needs to be measured.

Is it possible in this tool?
