Exported PNG is not uploaded to FTP

> What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Input an FTP server address, login, password in Settings, check = fine? 
connection is made (shown in network traffic monitor).
2. Export PNG image, select «Place files to FTP» radiobutton.
3. On «OK» file is exported locally and not uploaded to FTP, no connection is 
made.

> What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the .png file to be uploaded straigt to ftp directory.

> What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.7 Ostrava RC II build 1864

> Please provide any additional information below.
Program language is in russian, but I dont think this is the reason of a bug.
