Change holiday does not adjust dependent tasks

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Create a set of tasks that are sequentially dependent on each other.
2.Change a day within a task to a holiday.  Observe dependent tasks do not time 
ripple.
3.Save and reload.  The dependent tasks are now adjusted properly.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When the holdiay is added then any event spanning the holiday is adjusted, but 
dependent tasks do not move until the project is saved and reloaded.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.7 build 1891 on Windows

I should also note that removing a holiday has similar behavior.

Thanks for reporting. It is not necessary to save and reload project. It is 
enough to touch the end date of any task (not necessarily crossing the added 
holiday, just any)
