SVG Export #1320

Supporting SVG as an export format would be very useful when including the Gantt charts in other apps (i.e. LibreOffice Impress).

Also to have a scalable output (currently only a rendered image is exported, IIRC).

We do export the chart to scalable PDF in PDF export.
