Publish To Web does not work with @ or % sign in username

If you enter a username in settings/ftp (eg.
webadmin@ccs.hu) GanttProject cannot connect to
site.

In the new version 2.0.10 this bug still exists. No Connection can be tested 
due to 
Errors.

My experiments show that it was fixed. GP 2.5 beta V should work fine
