Chart is not synchronized with mouse movements when scrolling

When I try to slide the calendar (Gantt diagram) with a mouse drag-and-move 
left/right, it seems that it follows precisely the mouse only for slow 
movements of the mouse. When I try to make faster moves, it seems to "loose 
friction" on the sheet and only scrolls by a fraction of the mouse moove.

Is that intended or a bug?

I noticed that with very small and slow mouse mouvements the scrolled calendar 
sheet can even run faster than the mouse. 

=> Scrolled objects should always be sticky to the mouse!

This is being worked on and should be mostly fixed in Praha 306.

Referring to the HEAD from CVS, it is only fixed for some zoom factors.

My subjective impression is even that it is worse than in GP2.0 and Praha 210, 
cf. my recent comments to issue #15. Sorry!

We do not use CVS any more. To get the newest version of our developments:
 * Click on the 'Source' link at the top of this page
 * Eventually click on the 'Checkout' link
 * Follow the Mercurial checkout instructions.
