More fancy management of the resource holidays

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. click resources tab
2. click new resource button
3. name the resource
4. click resource properties, days off tab

What do you see instead?
only start and end date for days off can be entered.

What is the expected output? 
should be able to choose from 
    - a holiday set 
    - or select a custom one you make up) 
    - or enter in a list of recurring or holiday days that this resource goes by.
you should be able to save your holiday sets as a file (XML?) and distribute 
them for inclusion in other project management files.
recurring events can be done in a number of fashions:
- recur every n tuesday and thursday and saturday starting on 3/1/2011 and 
ending Never or on 3/1/2011
- recur every n hours starting on 3/1/2011 and ending Never or on 3/1/2011
- recur every n days starting on 3/1/2011 and ending Never or on 3/1/2011
- recur every n weeks starting on 3/1/2011 and ending Never or on 3/1/2011
- recur every n months starting on 3/1/2011 and ending Never or on 3/1/2011
- recur every n years starting on 3/1/2011 and ending Never or on 3/1/2011

What version of the product are you using? 2.0.10

On what operating system? XP Pro sp3 32-bit, 3GB ram, pentium 4 HT (1 core 2 
threads)

What it should work like is workdays are simply Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, 
Sat, checkboxes on each day.
The checkboxes should enable that particular day of week for a workday.
Holidays should override this.

There should also be an a radiobutton or listbox or checkbox that sets the 
starting day of week to either monday or sunday, but that is probably better 
moved to system settings, however, I had thought that if this is supposed to be 
a globally (used in many countries) program, and a project crosses country 
borders, you would need to have different starting day of week for each 
resource, and possibly also a system setting as well as a default. 

air pilots and possibly others cross borders while working.  some of them are 
working in projects and could be included as resources.

would it be a conflict to have a system setting and a resource thing for 
starting day of week?
