Task cost is reset to explicit value #2308

  1. Open the attached project in GP 3.3
  2. Look at the task properties, find that task cost is set to "calculated explicitly" despite that it is not set so in the project file Untitled Project 1.zip

The fix is published in update 3294 (available via the Update Channel)
