Duplicated resource assignment

1. Create a new project
2. Create a task and a resource
3. Right-click on the task row, choose "Assignments" in the context menu and click the resource name

Expected: the resource is 100% assigned to the task and the assignment appears in the resource table Actual: there are two assignments in the resource table and the resource load is indicated as 200%
