Adding public holidays doesn't trigger file modified

When adding public holidays to the chart the fact that the file is being
modified isn;t being triggered. In other words, ganttproject thinks your
chart is still the same.

Steps to reproduce
 - Open a previously saved file
 - Add public holidays
 - Button save changes doesn't light up.
