Task properties should use short date format

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set time format to "dd.MM.yy"
2. Create a task and open task properties

I would expect to the begin and end date in the custom time format. Instead, 
the format is something like "December, 15 2011".

I am using "GanttProject 2.5 Praha beta IV (build 823)" on Windows 7 (64-bit).

Great tool, I would just love to see some improvements regarding it's usability.

Task properties dialog uses long date format, which is not controlled by the 
date format option, but it probably should use a short one, to make typing from 
keyboard easier
