Import function unabel to manage space char #375

The import function is unable to manage space char in window

see log file

Done:
-In Project/Import
-select GanttPorject files
-Browse file
-Press Ok

Expected: File selected imported

happen: The file is not imported

The log let anticipate a problem with space char replaced by "%"
