Importing .pod files? #545

Since OpenProj seems to have been abandoned, you might want to consider an 
importer for *.pod files for those of us left behind...

Just curious, is it possible to convert your projects through MS Project 
format? As far as I know, OpenProj can export to MS XML

Yes.  OpenProj has an "Export to MS Project 2003 XML" option.

So, let me close this, as I don't want to give hopeless expectations... It is 
unlikely that we'll be able to import pod files, given that they are binary and 
that OpenProj license is incompatible with ours. I hope that export to MS 
Project from OpenProj and import into GanttProject will keep the most important 
data. Let us know in case if this way is seriously broken
