Progress bar / hourglass while importing / loading file...

This brings expected usability to the file load / import behaviour:

Scenario: User imports a large microsoft project file using the File > Import 
menu command.  Selecting the file, and hitting OK presumably begins the import 
process, but there is NO feedback to the user that anything is happening, and 
that the user should wait patiently.  

Adding either an hourglass (minimally desired), or a progress bar (preferred) 
would give the right feedback.
