Support planned dates vs actual dates

Each task should have those additional atributes as almost "always"
planned start and finish times differe from real ones.

So when the project is delayed the delay should be marked as a line or symbol 
within current project.

Task is started 01.03.2013 and end date is 12.03.2013 but is not completed 
between this date. So progression must will going to actual end date. This task 
actual end date may 20.03.2013. So task is 8 days late for this example. How 
can I get this event progressions.

Default end date is(planning) so I need to actual end date for some tasks. Is 
it possible?
