Log files in the wrong place (OSX version)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Launch

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output: java and ganttproject log files with respective lock files in 
~/.ganttproject or ~/.java, or in ~/Library/Application\ Support/ganttproject
Instead: all four files (bit of a mess) in ~

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I see the same issue. I am using GanttProject 2.7.1 Ostrava (build 1924) on OS X.
