Missing dots from menu commands #624

Three dots are missing from many menu commands (English UK). Therefore same 
problem is for translations. Three dots are used always when command opens a 
new dialog.

Project
  Import (missing ...)
  Export (missing ...)
  Preview before print --> could be just "Print preview"
Edit
  Settings (missing ...)
Resources
  New resource (missing ...)
  Resource properties (missing ...)
  Send an email (missing ...)
Help
  View log (missing ...)
  Recover last project (missing ...) + there is Close button on dialog   instead of cancel? This is a bit confusing.

Version: GanttProject 2.6 Brno (build 1419)
