Cannot FTP with 2.0.10 #63

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Just try and save to "Web Server"

I have simple username/pass (no special characters) fred/password

www.mywebserver.com

usernmame/password

I get the following screen shot, I have tried 2 completely different
servers (one GoDaddy, one Windows at a data center)

The path is correct, cannot ftp into ANY directory on any server... must be a
password handoff issue etc...

"Save to Web Server" doesn't work with FTP. It tried to use WebDAV protocol. 
FTP works 
when you export a file
