Create bug report from Ganttproject / add version information button for bug reports #649

As reported few issues already for Ganttproject it would be handy if the 
Ganttproject could have bug reporting feature in the application or at least 
have a button in About box that makes possible to copy all required version 
data from application to clipboard and then paste it to the bug report / 
feature request / discussion.

Version information could contain basic data like:

Version: GanttProject 2.6 Brno RC IV (build 1455)
OS: Windows 7 64bit + SP1
Theme: Windows

Well, it is available in the log. I understand that copying from the log is 
kinda boring :)

log contains my personal user id and I don't want to add it to the bug report.
