DAte format custom not working right

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.pert chart, edit, 
2.date, custom
3.want: international format  dd/mmm/yyyy  02/mar/2013  or 2/mar/2013

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
dd/m/yyyy got 2/39/2013  ?what is 39 for month?
need 3 letter month for international NO WAY to mistake date
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.6.1  ver1499   #3     window 7

Please provide any additional information below.
This  dd/mmm/yyyy [first 3 ltr. mo]    
and dd/mm/yyyy  [all numbers] should work in all sections

it IS solved. Use dd/MM/yy (big M)
