Outline number missing from CSV export #777

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Show outline number column
2.Make a task, and another indented task
3.Export to csv, and view csv. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There should be an outline number in the csv. It is missing. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
GanttProject 2.6.1 Brno (build 1499)
Windows 8

Please provide any additional information below.

I also get the same problem with outline number.  When output to PDF, both 
[outline number] and [task ID] were missing from the task break down list.  

These 2 fields showed properly in gantt chart, but absented from the list.

Hi.
I have installed the GanttProject 2.6.2 Brno (build 1544) with Oracle Java 
1.6.0_45, and the problem still occures. I have no outline numbers in PDF iText 
export.
