PERT Chart dates wrong.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

I am studying project management and almost lost a few marks as you can see the 
start date of review records may not be the same as end date of Conduct series. 
If a task ends on day 3 the next task can start on day 4 not on the same day. 
The dates are correct under the Gantt chart but differs on the PERT chart.

I may need to look for a different program until this is fixed to submit my 
assignment.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The predecessor task dates may not be the same as current task. It should be a 
day after the task ended.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Mac OS X 10.8.4 using the version GanttProject 2.6.1
