change date format #858

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. change format to custom (dd/mm/yyyy)
2.add a tast in january: 17/01/2014
3.it will write 17/00/2013

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the date needs to be European format 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.6.2
