Tooltips for main-icon-bar are not complete (some are missing)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start GanttProject
2. Move with the mouse cursor over the icons in the main icon bar
3. Tooltips for symbols: Clock, X, and (i) are missing.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Clock should have text: Insert
X should have text: Delete
i) should have text: Properties

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.6.2 Brno (build 1544)
Windows 7 x64 english (Microsoft Windows [Version 6.1.7601])

So after a bit confusing I found out how to reproduce because this problem will 
disappear, when you change the language once (Edit->Settings->Language).
After a fresh restart the problem is back there independent of the language.
Also the shown tooltips have a little false color problem, as there is a yellow 
background color for the rectangle. You can see it left and right beside the 
word "Copy".
I'm using the platform independent ZIP archive and I'm starting Gantt with 
"ganttproject.bat" direct from Windows Explorer.

When hovering over the icons with missing text only the small underscore like 
graphic will be shown.
