Calendars - "England"? Really?? #932

Hi, just getting started with GanttProject, and setting up my first project.  I 
looked at the holiday calendars, but couldn't find United Kingdom - then I 
spotted England.  Really??

I know there are regional differences in the UK for bank holidays, but I've 
never in my life seen one that only gave England holidays.  Can you please add 
a proper UK holiday calendar (or at least regional ones for Scotland, Wales and 
Northern Ireland)?

Calendars are contributed by our users, so we have what they give us. Probably 
*that one* was contributed by someone who cares about England only. We'll 
appreciate if you can compile UK calendar.

You may also try GP 2.7 beta I which can import holiday calendars from 
iCalendar format. See this blog post for details:
