Dialog windows appearing out of reach when in secondary screen

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have ganttproject opened in a secondary screen
2. Open a dialog, e.g. "New resource"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Dialog should appear either centered in the parent window or in the screen.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

It got sent before time and I can't see the way to edit it.
Please see below the complete description

Window appears instead out of reach in the primary screen, that is, with the 
title outside the screen so that you can't move it, and most of the dialog is 
not visualized. You need to move the window by keyboard.

Version: 2.6.6 Brno (build 1715)
Windows 8.1

Missed this issue when searching, 1092 was my fault.. sorry!

This has been open for a while.. does anyone know if this is an easy fix, or if 
it's a significant code change?  I know some commercial software suffers from 
the same problem, so it's clearly a wider issue than just Ganttproject....

I use 2 external screens on my laptop - a dialog box appears partly outside of the screen
