Readability of the screen #412

Things are too small in many cases. minimal supported by BBN OS resolution is 1024x600 in some places fonts and icons can be made bigger by default.

OpenCPN scaling on chart fonts, objects, soundings can be made bigger

Should budgie desktop font scaling set to 1.15 by default?

These seems to work better in OpenCPN:

ENC Sounding Scale Factor: 2 ENC Text Scale: 1

Replacing GNSS Compass with Apparent Wind and Speed in OpenCPN default dashboard might be better too.

With resolution 1280x800 in budgie desktop settings 'Text Scaling' set to 1.14 seems to improve readability
