Improvements to Centroid Plot #17

Two issues to improve plotting of difference image centroid plots:

  1. Plot should be same scale in x and y
  2. Colour bar should run the full length of available times, not just the span of times of measured centroids.

Also, it might be nice to measure the centroid for every cadence in a campaign for a given target to get a feel for the error distribution.
