Modshift returns error that model is all flat when in fact it is not all flat #4

I was testing KEES target EPIC: 206135267 BLS returns a signal that is the sinusoidal variability rather than the sharp short duration eclipse. Fergal, the clip file is 28 Mb want me to attach it or put it locally.

That's a little big, I forgot to strip out the TPF file from the clipboard. I'll regenerate it myself.

Chris, I'm getting a different error to you. My error is complaining about an overly long transit duration, which makes sense if I'm finding the pulsation instead of the transit. Could you do the following for me:

Rerun the code on your machine. Then type del(testout['serve']) testout.save('debug.clip')

The file should now be about 1-2Mb and small enough to post

I get the same error as Fergal in the trapezoid fit. "No good cadences found for noise estimate. Check transit duration".
