it is difficult to understand to what degree the analysis relates to the grounded theory findings (e.g., numbers such as x% overlap, y% additional themes etc. would help to better understand what you got from the analysis).
I'm hesitant to go in the quantitative direction of "% related themes". Themes can be divided and merged pretty easily, so I don't think such quantitative comparisons are meaningful.
"the diversity of the returned results were sufficient" = "good enough for a NIER paper" :-o
would be useful to clarify how many different people wrote the 601 comments in section 4; also, when the sampling is done, how many people contributed to the 100 left. could you also clarify what you mean by diversity, when you write "the diversity of the returned results were sufficient"
