Fork/Move to DLF's repo #14

Once the camera ready is done, I'd like to move it over to (or fork it to) DLF's GitHub. @barik, lemme know if you'd prefer not to.

@CaptainEmerson One reason I do this is because DLF's GitHub seems to add everyone to the watch list by default, which is obnoxious. Do you know of a way to change this behavior so it's opt-in rather than opt-out? By contrast, on my personal GitHub, I can selectively add collaborators.

@CaptainEmerson It looks like DLF is out of private repositories. Any plans to upgrade? I'm also considering upgrading my personal account, since I seem to be more "private" about repositories than some of the other folks.

My plan is to move our private repos to public ones for published papers -- there's a few of these now. The task is on the backburner at the moment; it takes a little time, to make sure not private material exists in this repos. I imagine this one would be fine to make public.
