Remove image, when images are disabled #382

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Disable images
2. Open/Select new post

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect, that the images will not showed, and this happen, but the images 
takes still place in message and then text can to go out of viex and only blank 
place is displayed, until i scroll down manualy.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

QuiteRSS 0.13.2, Debian Linux, amd64

Please provide any additional information below:
 - feed with errors: any feed with big image at start of post

Please attach your feeds.db and quiterss.ini files

Btw, the global setting "don't show pictures" isn't saved for all feeds. When 
switching to a new one, then the pictures are showed again.

dmt.lsv, This is normal. Use the option in the properties of news feed.

Yes, it is possible to set this by channel, but adding global setting for this 
can be more user-friendly - and more secure, for malicious/tracking img tags...
