Printer Friendly issues #598

Thanks for implementing this, however, it has some issues.

1) Once the PrintFriendly dialog opens, the buttons are shown (Print, PDF, 
Email).  Subsequently clicking the Print button should send the document 
directly to the printer.  Instead, the document goes to the QuiteRSS internal 
preview.  Not only does this add an extra step to the process, it also results 
in removing much of the page formatting that the PrintFriendly service provides.

Will send a video demonstrating this issue.

2) When JS is turned off inside QuiteRSS, PrintFriendly does not work at all 
(it just hangs).

3) Minor issue, but PrintFriendly is spelled incorrectly on the sharing menu.
