Why am I being prompted for authorization from 172.26.240.241?

What version of the product are you using? 0.16.1 
On what operating system? Windows 7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Happens every few minutes.
2. Don't know what I did that might have caused this.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I'm being repeatedly prompted for login credentials from a 172.26.240.241 
server. When I look up that IP address it appears to be a site called 
"Flashvideodownloader.org", which is a site my employer blocks (see attached).

I've tried disabling Flash in Options but am still getting this dialog box.

Please provide any additional information below:
 - feed with errors: <feed_URL>

Please attach your feeds.db and quiterss.ini files
You can find paths to files by using main menu: "Help->About->Information"

Apparently this must have been a temporary thing, since I'm no longer getting 
the prompt for login credentials.
