Feature request: option to start minimzed #619

QuiteRSS 0.16.2
Win 8.1 x64

I'd just like to suggest the addition of an option to start QuiteRSS minimized 
at logon. It always pops up in full view every time you log in, which isn't 
always desirable, and it just gets in the way of other things you're doing at 
that time.

It could be as simple as adding a parameter like -minmized to the startup call

I believe the option you want is "Move to the system tray when starting 
QuiteRSS".

It works for me on Windows 7 x64.
