Restore double click on a news article to open in external browser #635

Using version 0.17.0 in Windows 7 x64.  Up to and including version 0.16.1, 
double clicking on a news article would open in up in the external browser.  
That feature disappeared after I upgraded to 0.17.0.  

I read most articles using the internal browser but some I prefer to read in 
the external browser so double clicking it was a simple way to do that.

You have enabled "Use embedded browser" - With this option, double-click always 
opens the news in the embedded browser.
