Show Unread doesn't work correctly #637

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
Having set "Show Unread" filter in feed list

version 0.14.3

1. Select some feed and read all news from that feed
2. Select different feed

Observed:
Feed from step 1 immediately disappears from the feed list - correct behavior

with Version 0.17.0 (03.09.2014)

1. Select some feed and read all news from that feed
2. Select different feed

Observed:
Feed from step 1 still in the list of feeds, it only disappears on F5 i.e.
reloading the feeds in case it's empty, this is not correct, it should
disappear instantly.

This feature is broken ever since 0.14.3 ... I have tried this with very clean
install, wiped both config and db and still the same, so not related to
settings.

Gentoo linux, Version 0.17.0

Attaching video for both versions + ini ... though very same with default ini
as well.

I'm using keyboard navigation for next feed/news, as you can see in video in
0.14.3 once all news read and next feed selected, it immediately disappears,
this doesn't happen in 0.17.0.

Hi, as mentioned already, I have this reproducible with default. I had deleted
all settings and let application created the ini and still the same.

Could it be I'm running Linux and you're trying perhaps Win build?
