Feed authentication fails

Portable QuiteRSS on Windows 7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add feed for Oracle Support Communities
2. Add credentials
3. Failure: Request Timeout

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

 - feed with errors: https://community.oracle.com/community/feeds/threads?community=15060

Please attach your feeds.db and quiterss.ini files
You can find paths to files by using main menu: "Help->About->Information"

Just found out from Oracle, that they do not allow RSS feeds from external 
readers at this time.  Close this.
