Automatic cleanup of news by folder/feed #643

This request is for Automatic cleanup options by folder/feed.

- maximum age of news to keep
- maximum number of news to keep

This cleanup should happen auto-magically (without any user intervention).  

For details, look at FeedDemon's Folder Properties.
