Does Not Minimize on Boot #671

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
17.1
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Boot with option set to minimize to tray on start and minimize
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Should go to tray on boot.
Please provide any additional information below:
 - feed with errors: <feed_URL>

Please attach your feeds.db and quiterss.ini files
You can find paths to files by using main menu: "Help->About->Information"

showTrayIcon=true
startingTray=true
minimizingTray=true
I manually changed these three items to true.  I believe even though I had them 
set in options to minimize the ini file still had them as false.  My memory of 
events though is a little fuzzy as it has been a number of days.
