Will not retrieve articles from (UK) Daily Telegraph RSS feeds #672

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.17.1 on Windows 7 Home Premium

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Trying to join the feeds listed below

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The feeds do not retrieve any articles and show a red cross on their icons in 
the feed treeview. My old reader (Feedreader 3) will still retrieve articles 
from both feeds without problem. and the links to the web pages are correct in 
the feed properties.
The feeds do not require authentication (at least in the UK).

Please provide any additional information below:
 - feed with errors: <feed_URL>
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/finance/rss and
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/technology/news/rss

Please attach your feeds.db and quiterss.ini files
You can find paths to files by using main menu: "Help->About->Information"

Hi,

I noticed you merged my Issue 673 into Issue 672 (as a duplicate) which is
Fixed / Closed.

Could you please advise / update me on what the solution is, as the problem
I reported still exists. I have no problem using Feedly, it only happens
using Quite RSS.
