Will not update feeds from www.telegraph.co.uk

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 0.17.1 (15.11.2014) Revision 3426 / Windows 7 Professional 64-bit SP1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add feed (successful)
2. Update Feed (unsuccessful)
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Feed should update. It doesn't. If feed is deleted and then re-added, it works 
but only on the first time (adding) and then not after that. (There are no 
problems with the feeds listed below updating in Feedly)

Please provide any additional information below:

You can find paths to files by using main menu: "Help->About->Information"
