Lost everything on update from 17.0 to 17.1

Using 17.0 on win8 for long while and just updated to 17.1

But it seems my feeds, and starred items have not carried over in the update

Tried chucking in the old 17.0 but cannot get it to revert to my old stuff.

Ahh right. 

Looks like moving to 17.1 requires an update but a manual restore of feeds.db 
and quiterss.ini after the update is done.

Almost gave me a heart attack as I thought I'd lost it all!

Use a backup. The path to data directory here: "Help-> About-> Information".

Copy the file (for example: feeds.db_0.17.0_2014-11-18_22-53-44.bak) from the 
directory "Backup" in the directory where the file "feeds.db" and replace it.
