QuiteRSS window remain in front of/active/before all other applications

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.17.5 (18.01.2015)
Revize 3490
Windows 8.1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
None of other applications can be focused in front of QuiteRSS window. 0.17.4 
works fine.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Please provide any additional information below:
 - feed with errors: <feed_URL>

Please attach your feeds.db and quiterss.ini files
You can find paths to files by using main menu: "Help->About->Information"
