Added this new namespace to add across teams information for enterprise level bots.

I am having problem with storing information using slack . I am unable to resolve the issue

@SoyamDarshan Can you be more specific? Likely opening a new issue would be a good way to go.

I'm going to close this sense this projects goal is to be api compatible with the default json store. Adding another namespace breaks that.
