Update to bootstrap 2.3.1 and correct github asides plugin #4

The github plugin was not working on my side. I patched it to use the latest github API. Note that I had also to move the call to bootstrap and jquery from after_footer.html to head.html (jquery had to be called first) Also, I applied the latest bootstrap version.
