Translate English.json to Taiwan.json.
Add code to load Taiwan.json in Frontend_Scripts.php.
posts-data-table-zh_TW.po and posts-data-table-zh_TW.mo are pushed by the GlotPress system automatically, so I don't submit these two files to this repository. Refer to this link.
