So--just checking--this is the code to make those nifty pentagon plots you showed at the meeting a couple of weeks ago?

Hi Ian, sorry this has laid unattended to for a while, Rachel is on vacation and I've been distracted on other things, many apologies!

One thing: would it be possible to get push access to your fork? If you don't mind, it would be really great to beef up the docstrings a little bit, saying what the code does etc. and how, and I'm happy to do that work. (I also need to do that on Joe's script ellipse_videos.py for making videos)
