Donut Shape PSF and answers from Rachel #5

There are donut-shaped PSF from control-ground-constant image-002.fits and image-155.fits, which are not common. It is caused by the stochastic aberrations added to the basic optical model according to Rachel's email. So just proceed with those "Donuts".

Haha, we spotted this in validation, and yes the stars are outliers but they are not statistically unexpected. See what you can do guys! @WentaoLuo also posted a nice image here: https://github.com/barnabytprowe/great3-public/issues/6
